FOUNDER
Romeo is a fractional executive, demand generation / revenue marketing consultant, and strategic advisor. Through Enso Strategy Consulting, he has supported companies like Atlassian, BetterUp, Clarizen, Trellix, Visa, JLINC, DataPal, and Tru.Net, as well as leadership teams across industries and company sizes.
Romeo brings 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, wellness, cybersecurity, data privacy, and collaborative tech. His strength lies in translating high-level strategy into actionable growth — from investor readiness and campaign orchestration to marketing infrastructure and operational planning.
He holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from the University of San Francisco and a BA from the University of California, San Diego.
