FOUNDER
I help organizations navigate complexity.
My career has included work across enterprise organizations, startups, nonprofits, founder-led ventures, and community initiatives. I've led demand generation programs, built operational frameworks, developed financial models, coordinated large-scale events and media initiatives, supported nonprofit boards, and advised founders navigating growth and change.
Organizations I've supported include Wells Fargo, Visa, Atlassian, BetterUp, Trellix, Blue Shield of California, and numerous early-stage ventures and nonprofit initiatives.
I hold an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of San Francisco and a BA from the University of California, San Diego.
My work combines analytical thinking, operational discipline, strategic perspective, and a deep appreciation for the human systems that allow organizations and communities to flourish.
